I’m the type of person that needs organisation and routine in my life, and with lockdowns and life plans up in the air at the moment, setting daily jobs, stating gratitude and creating goals for yourself has definitely benefited me. It has made me see life isn’t going to be with the virus forever and that there is a lot of stuff to look forward to. I believe this diary has put my career and goals on a clear path to work towards and really help me to manifest everything I want in my life. This is also not your average diary it is heavy and thick so don’t expect you’ll be able to carry it about in your bag nonetheless I love it. The diary is a hardback, high quality thick book, with the best quality paper (hard to rip and damage) and feel good content. It also views the year as a personal journey with special messages from PLouise along the way, I bought it for £42 but I wouldn’t be surprised if I was charged more for this as the quality is impeccable. There aren’t any dates on the diary so you can start at any day of the year!

1. Reflections: weekly & monthly, I like this part because it asks different questions regarding the week & month before, how well that week/ month went or how you became closer to achieving goals. There are other reflection questions on kindness, success and if certain goals have changed. It challenges you to achieve your goals. The questions ultimately make you think about achievements (big or small) from last month. After this part there is ‘a glance at the month ahead’ which makes you focus on what is to come this month and what you hope to do and achieve.

2. Daily quotes to motivate you for the day ahead. These are different on each page which I love to read before a long day, theres a line to write a ‘positive thought of the day‘ too.

3. 12 months/3/5/year goals. A section focused on self love, health, relationships, family & love with plenty of space to fill out. This part really makes you focus on what you want in life and how you will action it. It prompts you to answer who you aspire to be or like, dream family and life achievements.

4. Positive affirmations to live by, these are recommended to be said along with your goals every day, so that you are consciously manifesting.

5. Enough room on each page to write each job daily, ideas for the future, intentions for the day, affirmations/ manifestations. This encourages us to action our goals and dreams.

6. Gratitude, there are sections on each day and throughout the diary that ask you to mention what you are grateful for and why. This reminds us to appreciate everything in our lives.

7. A vision board is blank for you to fill out, I printed out images and put them in this part, it’s easier to visualise the things you desire in your life with images. The diary enables you to think about dream home, family, job, holiday, car etc. It includes a section on I am, I can, I‘ve done, I will.

8. Saving money is a big part for success! There are 2 pages that focus on how much you predict you’ll save each month. There are also this again, each month the diary encourages you to write how much you’ve saved and why, it’s a part of reflection from the month previous.

9. Encouragement, the diary reads like it’s talking to you like it’s a close friend, by telling you what you can achieve. It emphasises how strong you are and capable of anything.

10. Section on manifestation, affirmations, law of attraction. The diary explains what the law of attraction is and if you truly believe / say and want something to positively come into your life, it will. Like a magnet, reflecting and exuding through yourself what you want in your life, you will attract this back to you. It prompts manifesting by repeating affirmations which include giving yourself emotional support throughout the day including life goals.
